You can check the number of steps, distance traveled, and calories burned. You can also check your sleep quality with appropriate statistics. In addition (with BF100HR and BF200HR) you can monitor your heart rate with detailed daily, weekly, and monthly charts.
The BRAVOFIT app will alert you, via vibration, of notifications received on your smartphone.
